merry christmas & happy new year

well well... i'm back at last
been sick since I came back from Bintan
went there for a one day rest after my wedding

the preparation for my wedding was tiring
a few sleepless night just to get the slideshow done
the wedding night was fantastic
lots of friends turn up from different places to share the joy
it was a wonderful night but I'm really deeply sorry for not able to spend more time with you guys
especially those waited for me for the second round... coz I was really to drunk to join u all

came back from holiday, was very busy as expected
tons of work waited for me to finish
went for the pre-x'mas company party in karaoke
didn't stay long coz wasn't feel well

this christmas was quite bad coz i'm very sick
christmas eve suppose to be half day work but i ended up worked for the whole day alone... with my sick body
of course didn't get to spend the night with stella too

still feeling sick right now...
hope will get well soon

give me a healthy start for the new year
happy new year everyone~

went shopping with stella just now, and we got a 2009 calendar and umbrella as free gift

when we were on the way back, I was just simply flipping the calendar and counting how many holiday we have for next year, and stella suddenly ask me to check out what day is 28 september

i can't remember any special day in september, so without thinking I asked her 'what's happening on that day...',

and the answer was 'that's our wedding day in korea...'

前几天看了篇新闻是说有位初院女生与同学庆祝生日时被恶整
后来看了相关的录影觉得还真是残忍甚至还有点变态

以前当然也有过年少轻狂的日子但也还没玩得那么过分过
现在的年轻人到底在想什么呀

上个星期回新山为朋友庆祝生日
一行九人中六位来自吉隆坡一位来自马六甲还有我跟stella从新加坡过去
象什么高峰会议酱我们千里迢迢跋山涉水只为了跟他庆祝生日比办大寿还隆重哈哈

事前他完全不知道我们有这样的安排所以这就是一个传说中所谓的惊喜派对
我们跟他的女友串通好把他带到一间他们常去的饭店
然后从后偷袭他把他感动得都快哭了

第二场去喝酒跳舞
好久没去迪斯科了刚进场觉得完全不搭因为里边都是小朋友看起来好多好像都还没断奶的样子
后来几杯黄汤下肚刚好音乐又跟我们很搭象当年我们泡夜店最凶的日子所以就跟着摇起来了呵呵
好久没玩了感觉很好不过被烟熏的眼睛很痛呼吸困难有点不舒服所以我也难得喝酒没抽烟
那晚很好玩然后有点怀念以前的日子

不好意思，各位久等了
最近很忙，到现在才有时间更新，呵呵

第二部分的婚礼通常只有家人和亲戚能出席

其他朋友如果有安排的话就会被带去吃饭，不然就会直接回家吃自己

这一部分韩语叫"pae bek"，中文是“幣帛”。。。

我也不知道是什麽意思，可能是要用钱买新娘吧，呵呵

ladies and gentlemen, here comes the part 2!!! he he...

sorry for being late, was very very bz lately

the second part of the wedding ceremony was held in a small hall
it's only for family and close relatives... other friends and colleagues normally will not be attending to this session

this session is called "pae bek" in korean, in chinese it's called "幣帛"

刚开始先正襟危坐拍拍照
first we sat at the front of the hall, simply just posing and take photos

类似华人婚礼，我们也要给父母敬酒（不是茶喔），当然也有拿红包啦，呵呵
similar to chinese tradition, we need to bow and serve wine (not tea!) to my parents, and they gave us ang pao in return.

敬酒过后我们俩就要从两边拉一块布来接我妈向我们抛来的栗子和红枣
栗子是儿子，红枣是女儿。我们接到了三颗栗子，表示我们将会有三个儿子 :P

接下来我们就向stella的父母、我的家人然后她的家人与亲戚敬礼和敬酒

then my mum were asked to throw some chestnuts(?) and red dates to us, and we were suppose to catch em with the cloth as seen in the photo. the number of chestnuts and red dates caught means the number of son/ daughter we'll have.

chestnuts means son, red dates means daughter
we got 3 chestnuts, which means we'll have 3 sons, ho ho...

then we bow and serve wine to my parents-in-law
and then followed by my family members and stella's family

接下来的仪式很有趣
stella咬着红枣的一端我咬着另一端，然后两边一起扯
咬到红枣核的就是有话事权’的人。。。我输了 orz。。。

after bow and serving wine to the people, it's our turn to drink!
and then, stella need to bite a red date, and i had to bite from the other end of it and pull
whoever got the seed will be the one in power... and stella got the seed...
see how happy she laugh, and bitter smile on my face... ha ha

权力大战后，接下来我就要背着新娘子绕场一周
整个仪式到此正式结束

和家人拍照后就换衣整装到附近的酒店吃安排好的自助餐
因为接下来要赶到机场去济州岛，所以我们俩只能囫囵吞枣胡乱吃点东西填填肚子
可是酱也给了我很好的借口不用跟她的韩国亲戚对酒，呵呵~

after the power struggle, I'll have to carry stella at the back and walk round the table
till then, the ceremony was considered completed.
we then went out from the hall and take photos with our families.

after changing, we went to a hotel nearby to have buffet dinner
we didn't really enjoy the great food because we needed to rush to airport to catch the flight to Jeju Island to start our honeymoon trip
but that gave me a good excuse not to drink with the korean family... that's really lucky, he he...

ha ha, I know you guys have been waiting for this
this time I'll really try to update as soon as I can... try my best :P
and due to the popular demand, I'll try to write in both English and Chinese, he he...

剛從韓國行完婚禮回來，這就是我的韓國傳統婚禮的照片
我們行的是韓國傳統婚禮，現在來説就算是韓國人也很多都沒看過
然後我的家人也一起飛去韓國，所以這次婚禮對我們和親戚朋友來說都是很有意義的

ok, ladies and gentlemen, here are my korean wedding photos (part 1)... ta la

cover shot, this is taken before the ceremony started.
儀式開始前先擺擺款，是不是很象在拍戲。我覺得有點像好色的皇帝在調戲良家婦女的感覺，呵呵~

we walked to the stage one by one...
first i went up there to bow to my father-in-law, then followed by Stella
我們分別有兩個人陪著走上台， 後面還有人撐黃傘，象黃帝出遊醬
我先在臺上向岳父大人行大禮，然後Stella才到臺上來

after that we just follow instruction from the host to bow and make toasts to each other.
luckily the host can speak a little bit of English, plus the help from the guy kneeling next to me, I was still manage to follow the steps.
然後就是夫妻交拜，還有互相敬酒
敬酒時其實只需要意思意思沾沾唇就好，可是什麽都不知道的我卻一口干了
跪著要站起來時因爲衣服太長絆到了有點站不穩，搞得哄堂大笑

then we walked down from the stage, friends and relatives throw some rice on us
接下來我們從臺上走下，親友們就在兩旁把米往我們身上撒（應該是米吧？）


finally, we went back to the stage again together with our parents, bow and thank to those who attended the ceremony. then we were off to say bye to friends who were leaving, and took photos with people before the next phase of the ceremony starts
最後，我們跟父母回到臺上鞠躬謝禮，然後就個別跟要離開的朋友們拍照道別致意

till then it's the end of the first phase of the ceremony
friends were leaving or off to the dinner/ meal provided at another place, as the second part is only for family and close relatives, which I will cover in the next blog entry
第一的婚禮到此結束，通常朋友們到此就會離開或到安排好的地點去用餐
第二部分的婚禮是只有家人和近親才能出席的，下次再續。。。

I was busy rushing some work, wanted to finish them so that I could leave in peace

urgh~~~ just realised that Pusan Film Festival is just around the corner
if only I can delay my trip for a week, then I'll be able to enjoy all the movies!!!

saw quite a bit of interesting movies from the list
3 films from malaysia and singapore respectively

现在从事设计也不无关系
后来那位朋友溺水淹死了
可是我到现在还是记得那天傍晚
我们在沙地上用小木条画了好多个大大的小叮当的情景

一直很喜欢小叮当
虽然他的正名是哆啦A夢
但在我的记忆里却还是永远的小叮当

上星期三早上郁闷非常，一大早就就被吵醒

话说有位小姐早上起来要开车去上班
走到她车位时发现车子被人挡着了出不去
可能要赶时间或经期不顺心情不好
这位小姐怒火中烧一发不可收拾
高分贝连续猛按车鸣

早上六点多小鸟还在刷牙尚未出门吃虫
整个邻里就被这位小姐亲切地唤醒了
热闹起来大家都对她问好
顺道也问候了她妈妈

其实满佩服她的勇气的
在整个邻里的围攻下
她还是横眉冷对千夫指地继续释出怒吼
时而还回骂几句

后来有位正义的大叔下楼干涉
就算换来的是大声吆喝大叔还是冷静的对她晓以大义
过了一会儿小姐可能被说动了或可能肚子饿了决定暂时休息一下
正当小姐刚要跨步离开时
一位站在一旁看了好一会的仁兄忽然一个箭步上了挡着那位小姐的车
小姐当然对着他破口大骂但这位仁兄只稍微敷衍就驱车离开了

被这么一搞我也睡不着了
就在床上翻来覆去滚直到我平时起床的时间
早上被吵起床真是好惨的呀~

懷念的Rojak

张南生先生（我们的Rojak Uncle)于七月三日凌晨逝世。
丧礼在新山中华公会殡仪馆（ngee heng）。

最近忙得天昏地暗，不见天日
好久没来更新，蜘蛛网结了好大一堆

昨晚加班加到凌晨四点多，就连上星期五我生日都加班到半夜
本来要跟Stella去吃饭的，也就酱泡汤了

多年以来长时间工作，坐姿又不正
现在老了就常感到腰酸背痛脖子僵硬导致四肢无力头痛懒惰
毛病一大堆

前阵子想要去练瑜伽因为听说会有帮助
可是阴差阳错还是没去成
后来看了中医，被施以推拿拔罐还有针灸
只是针灸还没什么，还要加以电极

单身去　带女友去　带妻儿去
我们都一起经历了各人不同的阶段

跟旧友相聚是舒服的
地点尚是其次
以前会谈人生谈理想谈感情
现在长大了都不怎么说出口
只在饱食酒酣时感受彼此的关怀

困在下午两点半的车龙里
挤身在混浊喧哗的浑沌时
才惊觉回到了熟悉的吉隆坡

久违了

21-22/12 (六) 冬至

出发了。
到了机场才发觉原来搭的是Asiana Airline
我一直以为是新航，还好日期没搞错，呵呵~

在飞机上吃饭，看完了Ratatouille后就睡了
但机上象是没开空调似的，闷得我辗转难眠

坐了七八个小时的飞机，抵达仁川机场已是早上六点左右了
办好入境手续换上冬装已经是6.50am了
从机场搭快巴到火车站花了快一个小时
火车7.45am准时出发，刚刚赶上，好险

在巴士和火车上拍的照片

花了三个小时来到釜山已经快十一点了
在火车上睡得一塌糊涂，到站醒来就觉得肚子好饿

到女友Stella家准备了一下就开动吃饭了
来韩国前赶工熬夜了好几天，虚火上升长了好几颗牙疱
午餐好几道菜都是辣的，尤其是韩国泡菜又酸又辣
吃得我high翻天，一边说好吃一边把眼泪往肚里吞
因为那泡菜是她妈亲手腌制的

就在我们吃饭时，传说中失传已久的邻居送菜事件上演了
由于今天是冬至，邻居送上了韩国传统冬至食物-红豆米糕
没什么味道，微咸，但其实跟无味没什么分别
但跟我们平常吃的甜红豆完全不同

吃完饭看他们腌制泡菜
过程好像不是很复杂，不过工程满浩大的

腌制韩国泡菜的过程。做好哪些当然是之前就腌了好久的，泡菜不是一天就能做好的

吃饱聊天后（我当然聊不上，在韩语飘来飘去的时候我只能看电视）
我就跟Stella出门去探望她的姑姑

她家非常古色古香，很传统的味道
墙上还挂有祖传的世宗大王的墨宝真迹
在这又吃了两大碟的鱼生喝了几瓶韩国烧酒

餐后品茶，喝了几种不同的韩国茶，都忘了名字
韩国茶的味道和泡法跟中国茶不同
倒入温水（不是热水哦）后几乎马上就倒入杯中喝起来
不用等，所以味道都淡淡的

由于明天要到庆州去
所以就早早休息了

超能力

前几天看了电影jumper
是有关一个年轻人忽然有了超能力，可以瞬间移动到任何他想要去的地方

其实不懂戏里要传达的是什么
或者根本就没要传达什么，就纯粹是要以动作特效来取胜

电视新闻播映着某地区的灾民正被困在洪流泛滥中不能脱身
男主角看了没任何反应，径自准备去冲浪野餐
有点纳闷，这段是故意这样安排的吗？为什么？
戏里不合理的地方比比皆是
应该也不必深究了

刚好正在看的书也是跟超能力有关-宫部美幸的《十字火焰》
与电影相反，《十字火焰》里的女主角却以她的念力纵火超能力为武器
把惩强锄奸视为己任，把法律不能惩戒的坏人都烧成灰烬
借着故事，也揭示了社会的弊病
把不同的问题以超能力串联起来
虽然是悲剧收场，但把法律操纵在自己手里的她却是满足的离开的

有一天你发现你有了超能力时，你会怎样使用你的能力呢？
是象蜘蛛人酱，让自己行侠仗义到透不过气
还是压根不管他人，自己行乐就好呢？

薄薄的一本书
今天上下班来回就差不多看完了
在回程的巴士地铁上我都需要不时停下来抬头调息
不然我周围的乘客可能会让出以我为圆心半径三尺的空间
我了解如果在巴士地铁上看书看到哭出来是很吓人的
所以我要坚强，把眼泪往肚里吞
顺便填填饥肠

很喜欢余华的笔触
之前看《許三觀賣血記》和《兄弟》都感动得不得了
他写的不单单是撒狗血赚人热泪的凄凄惨惨凄凄
虽然故事里的人都很惨，但却一直透出顽强的生命力
你看他惨，可是他却是怡然自得的
不是苦中作乐，而是完全放下了
就在你眼眶盈泪视线模糊时
故事里的人会笑着拍拍你的肩膀
跟你说“干嘛呀你，哭个什么劲”

以前看过张艺谋导的《活着》不过已经没什么印象了
有机会还要再看看
不过小说绝对是强力推荐的

一直以来都希望能有自己的空间

愿望还没实现，现在只稍稍把漫画整理出来

过年就是过年，没事做就要吃
其实不太喜欢过年，因为感觉是很暴发户的节日

我家虽然没人赌钱，可是暴饮暴食却真不是盖的

其实我对普吉岛没什么印象
因为她没有什么令人惊艳之处
就象是个看过之后

令人佩服的是

当地人很快的又重新振作

在我们离开那就天有个海啸演习

希望不再有可怕的天灾

Thailand Trip 2007 - Koh Samui

from bangkok we took a bus to jetty
then from there we took ferry to koh samui
the whole journey took a freaking 15 hours!!!

upon reaching at koh samui
we hired 2 taxi to the town area and look for place to stay
it took us a while to find a place we like

over here we went rested well
and we went for a short snorkeling trip at nearby island
not fantastic view n no super clear water
but we still enjoy ourselves

I like the sky and lamp posts in samui
the sky is so blue and the cloud is beautiful
streets are full of wires, and i like the mess...

p/s: before starting my korean trip, pls allow me to finish off the thailand trip first. bantwan predicted that it'll take me half a year to finish this, so i dun hv much time left already, ha ha... :P

擤出最后一坨从韩国带回来的鼻涕后
我深刻的感觉到
我回来了~~~

我不用再每天用热水洗澡
我不用再洗完澡后要涂护肤液
我不用再大吃大喝到一直放屁
我不用再穿象跳芭蕾舞的紧身卫生裤
我不用再在每次步出户外前把自己包成粽子

是的，我回来了~~~ 呵呵

有一大堆的东西要写
以我平时写游记的速度
这次可能要三年才写得完

不过别担心，我把重点都记下拍下来了
就算写三年也还是有印象的，呵呵。。。
